The owners of the region's other two bathhouses (Fahrenheit 212 in downtown Vancouver, and Fahrenheit 212 out in suburban New Westminster) opened this rougher-edged 24-hour spa late in 2003. The idea was to create a raunchier, hornier scene than the Fahrenheit clubs, which can be a bit stand-and-model. So far, so good -- this elaborate spread with an industrial ambience has the usual lockers and rooms as well as slings, a slurp ramp and group showers. Although M2M caters to a leather-and-Levi's scene, quite a few younger clean-cut types like it, too, and it has a fairly strong Asian following.
